Strategic Leader Opportunity

This is a highly influential leadership role where you will be instrumental in shaping the vision and direction of our Counselling team.

The Director will have ownership of regional financial performance and lead a team of 80-100 counsellors. This requires building strong teams, driving key process metrics, creating a superlative work culture, and bringing a strong customer focus.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies for creating a sustainable customer base and business model.

Auditing, overseeing, and implementing operational initiatives are also part of this role, while efficiently managing teammates.

Leveraging independence and decision-making autonomy, you will drive the team's growth by owning the end-to-end process from TOFU to BOFU.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have over 5 years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Have over 10-12 years of experience managing finances with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Exceptional operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics.
  • Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Building a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
