Project Director Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project director to oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across product, technology, content, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams.
  • Define clear goals, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Maintain documentation of project scope, updates, and status reports.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where required.
  • Balance multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 4-7 years of experience in project management (experience in gaming, media, or tech industries is a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
