Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Project Delivery to lead our project execution, team management, and client relationships.

This role will oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Business Growth: Identify strategic opportunities for growth, develop and implement plans, and drive business expansion through effective leadership and management.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient project execution, management, and customer satisfaction.

Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring proactive steps are taken to minimize potential issues.

Financial Management: Manage project finances effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting financial targets.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet required quality standards, with robust quality assurance processes in place.

Compliance: Deliver projects in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

The overall objective is to drive business growth, ensure timely and within-budget project delivery, and provide effective leadership and management to the organization.
