Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements with international clients.
  • Provide authoritative legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with data protection and IT laws.
  • Collaborate with business teams to facilitate client negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures while mitigating risks.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, maintaining effective relationships and delivering timely results.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and compliance frameworks for global operations, promoting a culture of accountability and best practices.
  • Conduct internal training sessions and awareness programs on compliance and legal best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • LLB/LLM from a recognized institution with a strong background in corporate law.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in IT services or consulting organizations, preferably in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
