We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Professional to join our team.

This role involves working on various corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and fundraising.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sell-side and buy-side M&A projects, as well as assisting with targeting and approaching new clients to identify potential business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interlinkages.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Good understanding of capital markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and verbal communication skills – English and German (mandatory).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Command in using research databases such as S&P Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Pitchbook, Fame, Orbis, among others.
