Senior Project Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project finance team, you will be responsible for coordinating with transaction teams to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and contractual implications for project financing, including analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario analysis. You will support the design and development of best-in-class solutions by gathering information, conducting analysis, and preparing reports and presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with transaction teams to drive project success, interacting closely with client stakeholders and other key parties.
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial and contractual implications for project financing, including analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario analysis.
  • Support the design and development of best-in-class solutions by gathering information, conducting analysis, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Engage with client teams to understand their needs, respond to changing priorities, and design solutions that address their requirements.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business development opportunities, analyze data, and write reports.
  • Support proposal development for potential clients, leveraging expertise in financial modeling and project finance.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time MBA in Finance from a premier B-School.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory, preferably with international banks/investors/corporate/financial advisory firms.
  • Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.

Qualifications: Full-Time MBA in Finance, 5+ years of experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory, Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.
