We are seeking an accomplished Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance expert to drive the success of our finance operations. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Oracle Finance modules to deliver exceptional support and ensure seamless issue resolution.

Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects within established service level agreements (SLAs).


• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and address recurring and critical issues.


• Develop and maintain accurate functional and technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support guides to ensure efficient knowledge sharing.


• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and contribute to change control processes to ensure smooth system updates.


• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to track and resolve issues effectively.


• Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management to streamline workflows.


• Provide high-level support during peak periods, such as Finance Close and Cyber 6, to ensure uninterrupted operations.


• Foster collaboration with offshore/onshore resources to achieve cohesive issue management.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and performance optimization.
