Corporate Counsel Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our legal team.

  • This role involves monitoring risk and compliance issues and implementing mitigation solutions with stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will provide guidance on essential elements of corporate compliance programs, including data protection and privacy legislations such as EU GDPR.
  • Responsibilities include supporting cybersecurity compliance and risk management, advising on disclosure requirements, and interacting with external vendors.
  • Candidates should have a strong understanding of applicable regulations, including data privacy, cybersecurity, immigration, and mobility laws.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • An LLB/LLM degree with relevant experience as a compliance counsel, preferably in multinational corporations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly in areas related to data protection, cyber security, immigration, and mobility.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required to effectively manage complex issues and collaborate with colleagues.
