Job Title:

Unit HR Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Professional to join our team as a Unit HR Head. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

This role will involve working closely with the unit leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication
  • Implement a Continuous Performance Management System that includes goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide them with opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees
  • Lead the talent acquisition process for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new hires
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field plus an MBA in Human Resources
  • At least 10 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
