Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the specific requirements outlined by Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to search for and engage potential candidates from various job boards, professional networks, and online platforms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work on multiple systems and applications simultaneously, and strong customer service focus. You will also need to be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to consistently contribute positively in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers/ Stakeholders to understand specific qualifications, skills, and experience required for each open position.
- Utilize job boards, such as Indeed and other relevant platforms, to search for potential candidates.
- Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates more effectively.
- Review and analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments.
- Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
