Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to support our global team in senior mandates across APAC and the Middle East.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating detailed market maps and talent pipelines for senior-level positions.
  • Conducting introductory and screening calls with senior candidates to assess their suitability for our clients' needs.
  • Delivering in-depth research and insights on firms, markets, and talent pools to support our leadership team's decision-making.

Additionally, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver high-quality results for our global partner-level mandates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience working in executive search or strategy consulting environments, preferably with a boutique firm.
  • A strong background in global consulting or strategy recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition and management.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured and actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages (Asian or Middle Eastern) being an asset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
