Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our placements team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and 8-10 years of experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing corporate partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure top-tier placement opportunities.

- Organize regular meetings and communication with corporate partners to ensure seamless placements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to guarantee high-quality placements.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during placements and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on partnership status and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.
