Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our placements team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and 8-10 years of experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to guarantee high-quality placements.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during placements and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on partnership status and outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.
