Talent Acquisition Professional
The Talent Acquisition Manager role at our organization requires a strategic thinker to oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. This position demands strong analytical and decision-making abilities, as well as excellent communication and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the talent acquisition function and mentoring/coaching the team to hire top talent for clients worldwide.
- Setting hiring targets based on business plans defined by clients and reviewing progress on a timely basis.
- Publishing accurate and timely reports to clients and leading weekly client connect calls.
- Developing overall recruitment strategies for delivery within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Vendor management, final discussions with candidates, offer negotiation, and salary band management.
- Hiring senior management-level positions and guiding the HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, team management, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
