Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. This includes managing relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and implementing processes to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
