As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent acquisition and management strategy.Talent Acquisition
  • Lead the recruitment process by collaborating with senior leadership to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
  • Make informed hiring recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and facilitating their integration into the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of paychecks.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other compensation components.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Manage and submit year-end tax documentation and reports.

Learning & Development/Performance Management

  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, working closely with appraisers to set goals, provide feedback, and conduct ratings and calibration.

HRIS Administration

  • Administer accurate attendance records (leave and work hours).
  • Maintain and update organizational policies to ensure alignment with current legal requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's HR Information System (HRIS) for employee data and records.

Other HR Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for execution of group HR matters, including overseas HR counterparts and outsourced service providers.
  • Initiate and manage the development of HRIS projects, including introduction of new systems with IT and security teams.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous and organized individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good writing style.
  • Experience in a multinational environment and business communication with overseas offices is preferred.
