Sales and Operations Leader

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. You will have the chance to drive revenue growth, expand our dealer network, and develop effective sales strategies to meet regional targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build, nurture, and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks across the Western region.
- Drive channel partner engagement through effective communication, training, and incentive programs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and managers to meet performance objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Digitalize sales systems and ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide market insights to support product innovation and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 15-20 years of experience in sales and distribution roles within the automotive industry or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing large teams, and scaling business operations in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Western region's automotive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting tools.
- Ability to travel extensively across the region.
Estimated Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
