Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving regional growth and increasing market share through effective business development and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Analyze client data to provide tailored recommendations and enhance business outcomes.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets, aligning with the overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and achieve sales performance goals, contributing to regional sales forecasting and planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong skills in business development, sales performance, and marketing strategy, with an emphasis on sales forecasting and internal sales.
  • Proven experience in technical sales and client relationship management, with a results-oriented approach.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in client relationship or sales management, preferably in a regional or area sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to lead sales discussions and close deals.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum
