Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Goals and Strategies: Set and achieve sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prospect Research: Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Quote and Proposal Management: Prepare and send quotes and proposals to customers in a timely manner.
  • Sales Process Management: Utilize CRM software to manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • CRM Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on location and experience.
