Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact, providing tailored event solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of client servicing professionals to achieve company goals and client satisfaction. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Oversee event planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities. Contribute to revenue growth by expanding the client base and increasing sales from existing clients.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track and report on financial performance, ensuring the business meets its target revenue of ₹15 crore.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. Implement processes and standards to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on client servicing performance, financials, and client feedback. Use data-driven insights to improve client servicing strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in client servicing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the event management industry.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale events and a business portfolio of similar value.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
