Job Description:

Xpheno is seeking a skilled Event Sales Strategist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and secure new banquet business, exceeding assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business and upsell.
  • Conduct professional venue tours and presentations, showcasing Xpheno's banquet facilities and tailoring proposals to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that comply with Xpheno's policies.
  • Liaise closely with departments to ensure seamless execution of banquets and exceed guest expectations.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new leads.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in banquet sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market and its competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
