About the Role:

Elior India seeks a skilled Client Growth Strategist to foster strong client relationships and drive business growth. As a key player in our corporate catering and hospitality sector, this role requires a proactive and strategic thinker to manage client accounts and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food industry.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Understand client needs and expectations to provide tailored solutions and services.

2. Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Communicate client feedback and requirements internally to drive product or service improvements.

3. Problem Solving and Resolution:

  • Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage expectations to maintain positive client relationships.

4. Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts.
  • Recommend new products, services, or enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand client base and enhance industry knowledge.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key account metrics such as sales performance, client satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on account status and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management within the food industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
