About the Opportunity:

As an experienced sales professional in B2B sales or account management, you have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and quotas. We're looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leveraging their data analysis skills to identify performance drivers and make informed decisions. Your ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role.

**Key Job Responsibilities:***

• Contribute to business strategy, identifying High-Value Seller accounts to pitch and onboard

• Drive metrics that accelerate growth, enhance customer & seller experience, and scale the business in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Cultivate relationships with HVS accounts (brand registered and distributors), acting as a trusted advisor and advocate

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and metrics to develop features and programs that accelerate HVS growth and collaboration with Amazon

**Compensation Package:** With a competitive estimated salary range ₹28,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, our comprehensive compensation package includes a base salary, bonus, and additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
