About the Role

As a Sales Growth Strategist at Amazon Development Centre Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing High-Value Seller (HVS) accounts on Amazon.in. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to business strategy and identify HVS accounts to pitch
  • Drive metrics that accelerate growth, enhance customer & seller experience, and scale the business
  • Cultivate relationships with HVS accounts (brand registered and distributors), acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and metrics to develop features and programs that accelerate HVS growth and collaboration with Amazon

Salary Range: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Data Analysis: Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas
  • E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the e-commerce landscape
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Familiarity working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
