Account Management Executive

**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive business growth and expansion in the Indian market. As an Assistant Vice President, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and articulating our value proposition to key decision-makers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure optimal performance.
- Articulate and effectively communicate our value proposition to key decision-makers.
- Day-to-day management of existing accounts to expand our footprint.
- Lead efforts to upsell our Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- 10+ years of prior sales experience in the software services industry.
- Prior experience selling Enterprise Software solutions, such as BPM, RPA, ERP, ESB, BI, and Enterprise Portal.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹20-30 lakhs per annum, based on qualifications and experience. Industry standard: fixed + variable (linked to yearly revenue quota).
