Job Title: Jr. Account Management Executive

Job Summary:

The Works is seeking a Jr. Account Management Executive to join our fast-growing team. As the primary liaison between the agency and our clients, you will oversee all aspects of client relationships and advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for a curious and enthusiastic individual with a passion for digital innovation, advertising, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency.

Advertising Strategies: Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each client's objectives, target audience, and budget.

Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.

Client Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into creative concepts and deliverables, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process.

Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, analysing key metrics and recommending adjustments to optimize results.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and participate in pitches and presentations to secure new business.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience of 0-1 years in account management or client services within the advertising industry.

Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful advertising campaigns.

Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and internal stakeholders.
