**Job Description:**

We're seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in various retail categories. This role involves:

  • Identifying opportunities within existing accounts to boost revenue growth.
  • Contacting merchants to offer our product portfolio.
  • Managing the entire account lifecycle, from presentation to contract negotiation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving set revenue targets while protecting the organization's interests through confidentiality agreements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sales or account management in retail, hospitality, F&B aggregators, software sales, or ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational abilities to meet goals and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An innate drive to succeed and take initiative in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Good market segmentation knowledge and excellent energy levels.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
