Account Management and Business Development Executive

As a skilled Account Management and Business Development Executive at Pointblank Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative healthcare communication solutions that drive brand growth and enhance patient engagement.
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our dynamic team, leveraging their expertise in account management and business development to build strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their marketing goals and communication needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Earn client satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication and providing regular updates on project status.
- Prepare project briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to initiate conversations and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to support new business acquisition.
- Present Pointblank Advertising's services and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
Strategic Input and Execution:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas, healthcare trends, and pharmaceutical marketing dynamics.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing/Management with a degree in Science/Pharma/Healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to engage clients and prospects effectively.
- Sales orientation: confidence and tenacity for learning cold calling and initiating new business conversations.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to build and nurture professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational skills: strong project management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Analytical thinking: capable of understanding healthcare data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency: familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Attitude: self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
