Al fahad tour and travel is a leading player in the travel industry, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our sales team as Sales Head - B2B.
This is a full-time position that requires a seasoned professional with experience in strategic sales planning and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their individual and group targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term client relationships
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
