Role Description
The Head of Admissions will lead and manage the admissions department, ensuring the institution achieves its admissions / enrollment targets for B.Tech and UG programs. This role involves strategizing, planning, and implementing admissions campaigns, building relationships with channel partners, consultants, and prospective students, and maintaining a smooth admissions process.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Admissions at Accurate Group of Institutions in Greater Noida.
The Head Admissions will be responsible for
Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to meet or exceed enrollment targets for B.Tech, BBA, BCA and B.Com (H).
Take ownership of leads generated through various channels, including online portals, digital campaigns, and offline sources
Lead the conversion of inquiries and leads from various channels, including online portals, social media campaigns, and offline events.
Engage with channel partners, consultants, and schools to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads.
Plan and oversee admission events, fairs, and outreach campaigns.
Lead, train, and manage the admissions team to ensure target completion.
Represent the institution at educational expos, fairs, and other promotional events
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollments using CRM or admissions software.
The main aim is to complete the number of admissions as targets discussed during the interaction / interview for B.Tech / BBA / BCA / B.Com(H) courses
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and complete targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
