The Role
This position requires an individual who can leverage their expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth for Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to penetrate existing markets, identify new opportunities, and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted lead generation strategies
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services with clients
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient delivery of services
Continuously assess and communicate how Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. meets the needs of prospective clients
