Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven expertise in complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to close high-value deals.
- Familiarity with the Indian enterprise market, including BFSI and other sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
