Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market of large corporates.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
  4. Exposure in building strong sales pipeline.
  5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
