Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new opportunities for the company's expansion. As a BDM, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop strategic plans, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue potential clients, partnerships, and markets to generate new business.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  4. Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including pricing, contract negotiation, and closing.
  6. Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business development efforts and customer satisfaction.
  7. Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and progress towards goals.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and business development projections to senior management. 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  3. Proven experience in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  4. Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and customer needs.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
