About the Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Territory Business Manager at Staffing Solutions. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading and managing the sales team, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the sales team within the designated area, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular training and mentoring to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Compensation

A competitive salary of $130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
