Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at the Landmark Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth, market expansion, and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cobrand partnerships with major financial institutions to drive growth, acquisitions, customer spends, usage, and retention.
  • Identify potential partner organizations that complement our offerings and create new business opportunities, negotiating and formalizing partnership agreements.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring they deliver expected value.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with CRM, marketing, and business teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliance management.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹75 lakhs per annum
