At Fire RID, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development professional to join our team.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced business development specialist to drive growth and revenue for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, developing long-lasting connections with potential clients, and closing deals to reach financial targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • PURSUE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES: Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • HANDLE CONCERNS AND NEGOTIATE DEALS: Effectively handle concerns and negotiate deals to complete transactions.
  • IDENTIFY BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects and industry-appropriate product positioning.
  • Maintain customer relationships by offering assistance, knowledge, and direction.
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
  • C-coordinate with channel partners and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Create proposals, sales presentations, business strategies, and other relevant documents as needed.

Eligibility and Requirements:

  • Any Graduate and Post-Graduate degree.
  • Min 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development profile.
  • Proven capacity to reach and beyond sales goals.
  • Proficiency in market development and making sales strategy.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
  • Well-versed in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven with an emphasis on outcomes, sharp thinker, and quick learner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
