We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team at Job Hai Communication. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in sales-oriented environments and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities from existing customer accounts, as well as identifying and qualifying leads to drive sales growth. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Utilize effective negotiation skills to close deals and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a similar industry.
  • CRM Systems: Proficiency in CRM systems, including data entry, contact management, and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate business value propositions to clients.
