Business Development Professional

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team as a Business Development Professional. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within our defined customer segments.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media engagements to connect with prospects and introduce them to our products.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the suitability of prospects by asking probing questions to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for our Account Managers to engage with interested prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities within our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Managers to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the objective of setting quality meetings.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- 3 or more years of experience in sales development or B2B inside sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding against quota and/or other performance metrics.
- Demonstrable 'hunter' sales mentality, using sales enablement tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, sales automation, and CRM (Salesforce).
