Job Overview
At Coverfox Insurance, we're looking for a Business Development Professional to drive growth in our used car business. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and partnership management skills.
- Identify and develop new partnerships with used car dealerships, leveraging your understanding of the car industry and our technology interface.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales through partnerships and alliances, analyzing costs and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and dealership networks, identifying opportunities for partnership.
- Understand the used car market and lifecycle, tapping into both organized and unorganized sales channels.
- Build relationships with key influencers in the industry to prospect insurance solution sales and manage end-to-end relationships.
- Be accountable for onboarding, incubating, and managing partnership alliances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve closures and maintain partner relations.
- Maintain and report to management on progress of new acquisitions and existing businesses.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Post-Graduate with 8+ years of experience in business development or partnerships in car/bike insurance or used car segments.
- Relevant experience in insurance domain, with a preference for digital B2C.
- Understanding and experience in car/used car business, including loans and insurance sales.
- Affinity for networking and business development.
- Adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record in building networks and partnerships, especially in digital or e-commerce companies.
