About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at ValueMomentum, a leading insurance-focused IT services provider in North America. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and developing software solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs based on client requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in business analysis or a related field is required
  • Financial Services domain knowledge, particularly in Retail Assets, is essential
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills are necessary for success in this role
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions is crucial

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions with the IT team
  • Communicate requirements effectively to developers and ensure they are implemented accordingly
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders
  • Perform requirements analysis, document results, and communicate outcomes
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
