We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Creative Synergies Group, a leading global technology services firm. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales and experience selling digital engineering services to software companies and OEMs in various verticals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling one or more of our digital technology services, including cloud services, application development, full stack development, DevOps, mobile apps development, SRE/AI/ML/data, custom analytics, data engineering, governance and pipelining, data lake development and re-architecture, dataOps, MLOps, IoT: platform development based on AWS, Azure etc., platform customization and maintenance, SRE, DevSecOps, customer success engineering.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and researching potential clients through online research, lead generation tools, and networking; outbound calling and email outreach to introduce our IT services & solutions and build initial interest; building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients; maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system; achieving monthly and quarterly leads quotas and targets; staying informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a B. Tech / B.E in Engineering, with additional MBA preferred; 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in inside sales; 3+ years' experience selling digital technology services for US customers; domain knowledge in digital engineering services; vertical knowledge/experience in automotive, EV, heavy engineering, industrial and oil and gas, Hi-Tech, SaaS companies, ISVs; self-motivation, goal-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
