Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Engineering Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure our sales strategies align with market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and expand North American Business from India, with the goal of gradually shifting to the USA
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to develop lead generation strategies and define campaign plans
  • Generate leads independently through LinkedIn and business trips, as well as visiting tech expos
  • Liaise with Presales/Technical teams to identify targeted sales opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop account strategies to identify growth opportunities and manage business satisfaction
  • Address escalations promptly, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development
  • Proven experience in Technology Services industry Sales
  • Experience in target-oriented hunting in an individual role
  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Engineering technologies
  • Awareness of tech trends and ability to stay updated
  • Capability to learn new technologies in the Digital Engineering space
  • Capacity to expand geographical growth for an industry
  • Ability to work across multiple industries to sell multiple offerings
  • Must have Digital Engineering/IT Sales experience with targets
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
