As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and expansion in the Indian market.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development.
  • Proven experience in Technology Services industry sales.
  • Experience in target-oriented hunting in an individual role.
  • Knowledge and experience in Digital Engineering technologies.
  • Awareness of tech trends and self-updated knowledge.
  • Capable of learning new technologies in the Digital Engineering space.
  • Capable of expanding geographical growth for an industry.
  • Digital Engineering/IT sales experience with targets.

Location: Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Estimated Salary: ₹900,000 per annum (Based on Industry Standards)
