Job Description

As a Sales Program Manager at ALLEN Digital, you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

You will support the direct sales teams by optimizing lead management, refining data analytics, and providing strategic sales insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process design: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales workflows by implementing standardized procedures across the sales team.
  • CRM & Data Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensure data accuracy, and conduct regular audits to support actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Performance Analytics: Provide detailed reporting and analysis on sales activities, trends, and outcomes to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
  • Training & Support: Train sales representatives on processes, tools, and best practices, offering continuous support to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, category, and marketing teams to identify sales initiatives and build sales materials.
  • Sales Excellence & Insights: Provide detailed insights and strategic recommendations to improve team performance and identify best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
  • Hands-on attitude and ownership mentality
  • Experience with sales process optimization in a startup environment
Qualifications
  • B.Tech from top-tier colleges
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
