Job DescriptionAs a Sales Program Manager at ALLEN Digital, you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
You will support the direct sales teams by optimizing lead management, refining data analytics, and providing strategic sales insights.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process design: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in sales workflows by implementing standardized procedures across the sales team.
- CRM & Data Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensure data accuracy, and conduct regular audits to support actionable insights for the sales team.
- Performance Analytics: Provide detailed reporting and analysis on sales activities, trends, and outcomes to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
- Training & Support: Train sales representatives on processes, tools, and best practices, offering continuous support to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, category, and marketing teams to identify sales initiatives and build sales materials.
- Sales Excellence & Insights: Provide detailed insights and strategic recommendations to improve team performance and identify best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
- Hands-on attitude and ownership mentality
- Experience with sales process optimization in a startup environment
- B.Tech from top-tier colleges
- 2-4 years of experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum
