**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Business Improvement Specialist to drive process enhancement initiatives within our sales department. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to analyze current sales processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to optimize sales performance and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Analysis: Evaluate current sales processes, tools, and methodologies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and forecasts to improve sales performance.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Design, recommend, and implement new processes or refine existing ones to streamline sales operations and increase productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements and gather input from all key areas.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales efficiency, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Automation & Technology: Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation tools to improve sales tracking, reporting, and execution.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts by communicating changes, training sales teams, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to benchmark best practices in sales processes and identify competitive opportunities.
  • Report Generation: Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing findings, progress, and recommendations for ongoing sales improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within sales or process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
