About Celestial Business Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Optimization Specialist to help us integrate, analyze, and optimize business processes by connecting data from various enterprise systems (such as ERP, CRM, etc.). This role will involve using advanced process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and provide actionable insights to our clients. You will work closely with our data science, product, and business teams to ensure that our process mining capabilities drive real, measurable improvements.

This contract-based role will be on a 3-6 month term, with the possibility of converting to full-time employment and further growth within the company. We offer competitive compensation, flexible work setup, high ownership, and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mining Analysis: Lead the implementation of process mining techniques to discover, analyze, and optimize business processes across different departments (e.g., finance, sales, operations).
  • Data Integration: Use APIs to integrate data from various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Salesforce, etc.) into the process mining platform, ensuring accurate and reliable data extraction and transformation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business processes using process mining tools, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure that process mining insights are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports that clearly communicate process performance and optimization recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work on iterative improvement and enhancement of process mining models and workflows to ensure ongoing business value.
Required Qualifications
  • Process Mining Expertise: 5+ years of experience in process mining, with hands-on experience using tools such as Celonis, Apromore, ProcessGold, or similar.
  • Data Integration Skills: Proven experience in integrating data from multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) using APIs and ETL processes.
  • Advanced Process Analysis: Expertise in process mining techniques, such as process discovery, conformance checking, and performance analysis.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to identify process inefficiencies and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and how process mining can drive improvements in various industries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating reports and visualizations is a plus.
  • Machine Learning Experience: Experience in Machine Learning or advanced statistical techniques for process prediction and anomaly detection.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
