Job Title: Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist - MSS / WFM / APPSResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate with businesses to identify process gaps and document improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks within estimated milestones while delivering high-quality results that meet established goals.
  • Facilitate agile rituals among team members, including task breakdown, creation, and adherence to Scrum principles.
  • Engage in direct interactions with countries, demonstrating increments and adhering to agile principles and defined rituals (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup call, Sprint Retrospective, etc.).
  • Prepare and share test cases with clients alongside PM delivery.
  • Participate actively in all project activities, including Design, Functional Specification, Test Cases, Development, Follow-up, Testing, etc.
  • Promote Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD) preparation and agreement with countries.
  • Play the role of Scrum Master and enhance team efficiency.
  • Identify pain points and propose high-level solutions.
  • Create dashboards using tools like JIRA to track project progress and milestones.
  • Demonstrate completed work at the end of each sprint cycle.
  • Analyze business processes using techniques like use case diagrams (UML), context diagrams (data flow modeling), BPMN (process modeling), and flow charts.
  • Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and suggest fit-for-business solutions by designing a change strategy.
  • Organize and lead requirement gathering meetings using techniques like interviews, questionnaires, interface analysis, document analysis, brainstorming sessions, and focus group discussions.
  • Deliver requirement documents like BRD, Use Case, Process Flow, Change Requests, SRS, Traceability Matrix, and Mind Maps.
Essential Attributes:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/BPI in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant business processes and their integration with other Applications e.g., SAP/MES.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Estimated salary: ₹10,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
