Sales & Marketing Associate

As a Sales and Marketing Associate at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our sales and marketing strategies.
Sustainability, Wellness, and Out-of-the-Ordinary experiences are core to our brand, and as such, we require an individual who can safeguard these pillars and actively participate in all our brand initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Plan, organize, and create engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Social Media Analysis: Review and analyze social media insights and analytics to inform our marketing strategy.
- Visual Content: Create high-quality media and content showcasing the resort for special events and social media, including photography and video.
- Internal Communication: Responsible for the hotel's internal quarterly newsletter.
- Promotional Materials: Create promotional materials for the hotel on specific occasions.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and tours for travel agents, DMCs, journalists, supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Resort Knowledge: Be completely familiar with all resort inventory, including special advantages, amenities, and features of each room, as well as all guest and public facilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest updates in Social Media and industry trends.
- Brand Representation: Ensure that all resort promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces, and collateral align with Six Senses' brand standards and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.
- Service Standards: Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, maintaining performance benchmarks and exceeding expectations.
- Guest Experience: Adhere strictly to LQA standards and guest comments.
- Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales team to manage sales contracts and agreements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update Travel Agent/FTO and guest databases.
- Event Planning: Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales teams to organize social events and meetings.
- Reporting: Assist the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales team to prepare reports and presentations.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Emailers and Flyers: Help with emailers and flyers to the client-base.
- Research and Content Development: Conduct extensive research as directed by the Marketing and Communications Manager, and assist in drafting posts, website copy, and social media content.
- Material Editing: Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager in editing and proofreading all marketing materials.
- Website and Social Media Updates: Help the Marketing and Communications Manager in updating company websites and social media pages.
- Marketing Materials: Develop marketing materials like mailers, flyers, and presentations.
- Sales Lead Tracking: Track sales leads and follow up with the sales team.
- Customer Inquiries: Assist with customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Sales Proposals: Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
- Sales Data Analysis: Generate reports and analyze sales data, with assistance from the Revenue Manager.
- Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Campaign Results: Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager with marketing campaigns and track results.
- Social Media Promotions: Oversee social media promotions and engagement, working closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and outsourced SMM agency.
- Marketing Performance Analysis: Help the Marketing and Communications Manager analyze marketing data and track campaign performance.
- Team Communication: Disseminate information to both sales and marketing teams.
