Sales Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as Territory Sales Incharge. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing trade relationships, and engaging with end-users in the assigned territory.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Achieving overall sales objectives by meeting primary and secondary sales targets in designated outlets
  • Managing WSS (Warehouse Stock Status) functions, including policy enforcement, claim management, and balance confirmations
  • Developing and maintaining strong trade relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Engaging with end-users through various activities, such as product demonstrations and training sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-9 years of experience in channel sales, B2C sales, and B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of sales principles, market trends, and competitor analysis
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location
