We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Leader to join our team at DFM Foods Ltd (Crax). Based in Dehradun, this role involves leading a team of sales officers and driving business growth in Uttarakhand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage a team of sales officers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth
• Monitor and review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives
• Conduct market visits to stay up-to-date with competitor activity and identify new opportunities
Estimated Salary: ₹15 lakhs per annum.
